Launched in KSA, Lmasat.com showcases over 100 fresh international high street labels, designer fusion and boutique brands. The latest styles and trends from stellar brands sets the tone for the Lmasat.com shopping experience. Turn heads in cutting edge shapes from emerging designers, shimmer and shine with some of the finest modern jewellery brands, while staying well-heeled in edgy high street shoes.

The Challenge

Lmasat.com was trying to reach the biggest number of customers in gulf region where there are a lot of competitors. So we had to do our best to optimize their site for a broad range of highly targeted services and keywords with the goal of surpassing the competition and ultimately increasing traffic and online sales in the same time as Lmasat website needed our support to push it to the top.

The Solution

Lmasat.com was not showing up in the search engines for anything outside of their name. Therefore they were not getting new customers. To solve this problem we needed to increase organic search traffic and push their name in the social media tools. Ideally traffic would come from terms that are general in nature (Fashion Sale, Famous Brands, New Arrival, etc.) relevant to Gulf region and do not contain the name Lmasat.com

Strategy: Ultimately we realized that to grow the website traffic we would have to get Lmasat’s to show up for searches that did not contain their company name and to create a big social media campaigns on all networks includes: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. Ultimately we needed them to show up for general searches related to fashion and online shopping. This would result in customers learning about the store. We wanted them to have a big fans page on social media networks by creating their Facebook Store online which can increase the company’s revenue.




The Results

The results below show the traffic and traffic sources for Lmasat.com when we started the campaign and what it is now. (Previous 576, Current 1345) Average traffic to the site has more than doubled a day which has been a great investment and the traffic is consistent from month to month. More and more customers are now bringing in products from the website which the client feels is invaluable. Also we have increased Lmasat Facebook page fans to an unexpected number in a very short time. Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat were also in our targeted campaign as we have had a huge success.
